Slow Flow Yoga/Vinyasa Flow Yoga



SLOW FLOW classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than a Vinyasa class. Postures are generally held for longer periods and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for the intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing down and sinking deeper into their practice.

VINYASA FLOW classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breathe in a continuous flow of pose, usually beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun! Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.
