Open casual class
Open to all students (who have completed the Fundamental beginners block) with a reasonable degree of strength and fitness, a fun and challenging class fused with yoga poses, including several zero compression inversions and sequences to stretch and strengthen your mind and body.
Variations and progressions of poses will be offered as you steadily and progressively become stronger and more confident with the practice.
And as with every AntiGravity® class we always take the time to sooth down the session with the signature Cocoon pose to finish.
Things to know before your first class
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL - Spaces are limited so it is essential to book in to secure one of our 7 hammocks for your preferred class.
24hrs notice of cancellation is required to be eligible for a makeup session.
All purchased passes are non refundable.
PUNCTUALITY - Arriving more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled class will forfeit your session. We value your safety and experience in class and individually rig your hammock at the start of each session. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to pick your hammock and rig in with your class.
WHAT TO WEAR - Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. For all AntiGravity® classes it is essential for your comfort and to protect the hammocks that you wear a T-shirt to cover your shoulders and underarms (NO SINGLETS) and half-leg or long pants without zippers.
Please remove all jewellery before class to prevent snagging the hammock fabric.
Please remove all heavy makeup and no body tan.
As a courtesy please do not use perfumes, lotions or oils before class.
H2O - Be well hydrated in the lead up to your session and bring water along for the duration of the class also.
Food - We recommend having something in the stomach to stave off dizziness, however we do not recommend a big meal. It’s best to finish your meal at least two hours prior to class.
Please ensure you have read and understood all of our terms and conditions and have let us know if you have any injuries or medical conditions prior to commencing class.
